Michael Olise’s transfer saga could reach a decisive turning point in the coming days. Closely monitored by Paris Saint-Germain and heavily pursued by Real Madrid, the France international appears to have made his choice.
Despite strong interest from Real Madrid and continued attention from PSG, Olise is now reportedly prioritizing a contract extension with Bayern Munich. The French winger is said to be keen to continue his adventure in Bavaria rather than seek a move elsewhere.
Olise Prefers to Stay at Bayern Munich
According to recent reports from Spanish newspaper AS, Real Madrid have started to lose hope of signing Olise this summer. The club reportedly considers the deal increasingly difficult and has shifted its focus toward Enzo Fernandez. Madrid had even considered involving Kylian Mbappé in an attempt to persuade his France teammate to join the Spanish giants after the World Cup.
However, German outlet Bild claims Bayern Munich has received very positive signals from Olise’s entourage. Contract extension talks are expected to begin once the World Cup concludes. While that could seemingly close the case, the transfer window often delivers surprises, and even a new deal would not necessarily rule out a future transfer.
