The Michael Olise saga has taken on a new dimension in Spain. Already linked with Real Madrid for several weeks, the French international is reportedly now far more than just an option for Florentino Pérez. According to OK Diario, the Madrid president has made the Bayern Munich winger his absolute priority.
Michael Olise has become Real Madrid’s obsession, and Florentino Pérez reportedly cannot think of anyone else. According to information shared by Eduardo Inda and François Gallardo on El Chiringuito, Real Madrid do not really have an alternative plan to strengthen their attacking sector. Plan A, Plan B and Plan C all lead to the same player: Michael Olise.
Florentino Pérez Fully Focused on Michael Olise
Real Madrid are even said to be ready to do something incredible: spend the rest of their entire transfer budget to sign the Frenchman. The Spanish club could already recover around €92.5 million through sales or clauses involving Victor Muñoz, Nico Paz and Alvaro Rodriguez. Other cases, such as Mario Gila or Jacobo Ramon, could increase that amount further. It could help finance part of a massive transfer, especially with Bayern reportedly demanding more than €200 million.
The message is clear: Florentino Pérez wants Michael Olise, and no one else. The French player’s profile is hugely admired by the Madrid hierarchy, who see him as a talent capable of becoming a major part of Real Madrid’s attacking project for the years ahead. But the deal looks extremely complicated, as Bayern Munich have no intention of easily letting one of their most important players leave.
Still according to OK Diario, Real Madrid could push very hard as early as this summer. And if the move fails, Florentino Pérez would not give up. The Madrid club would be ready to come back again in 2027 to finally try to complete the transfer. This obsession around Olise confirms the Frenchman’s rise on the European stage, with Bayern, Real Madrid and PSG all involved in what could become one of the biggest transfer sagas of the market.
