José Mourinho has officially begun his new adventure at Real Madrid. The new Casa Blanca coach was present on Thursday, July 10, 2026, at Ciudad Real Madrid, where he brought together his technical staff to prepare for the 2026-2027 season.

Two other staff members were not present in the official photo. Pedro Machado will also have an assistant role, while Nuno Santos will be in charge of the goalkeepers. It is a very Portuguese coaching setup, but also one marked by the presence of Sami Khedira, a former Real Madrid player and former Mourinho protégé.
According to information released by the club, José Mourinho is already working at Ciudad Real Madrid with his technical team. The objective is clear: to prepare as well as possible for the 2026-2027 season, which will begin on Monday with the traditional preseason medical examinations.
