Vozinha could use his impressive World Cup campaign to bounce back quickly. A revelation with Cape Verde, the 40-year-old goalkeeper is already attracting interest from several clubs in the transfer market.
Free since the end of his contract with Chaves, Vozinha has no shortage of suitors. After a string of standout performances at the 2026 World Cup, the Cape Verdean keeper has seen his stock rise sharply in recent weeks.
Inter Miami Well Placed for Vozinha
According to Marca, several clubs have positioned themselves to try to sign the Cape Verde hero. Inter Miami are currently believed to be in a strong position in this case, while other MLS sides are also closely monitoring the situation.
But the competition is not limited to the United States. In Brazil, Atlético Goianiense, Ceará and Avaí have also reportedly shown interest. Cruz Azul in Mexico, Deportivo Riestra in Argentina and Olimpia in Paraguay are also said to be among the clubs keeping a close eye on him.
At 40, Vozinha could therefore take on a new challenge after his spell in Portugal. His successful World Cup with Cape Verde has clearly revived his career and could open the door to one final ambitious move.
