Paris Saint-Germain have secured their head coach for the coming years. Luis Enrique and the club’s hierarchy have reached an agreement to extend their partnership until June 2030.
Luis Enrique and PSG are set to continue together for the long term. A complete agreement has reportedly been reached between both parties and, barring an unexpected change, the Spanish coach will remain in charge for several more seasons. According to L’Équipe, he will sign a new deal running until 2030.
PSG Build Their Future Around Stability
Only the club’s official announcement is now missing and it could arrive in the coming days as part of a wider communication campaign. Appointed in the summer of 2023, Luis Enrique has gradually become the central figure of PSG’s sporting project, with his influence extending to recruitment, youth development and squad planning.
PSG are also preparing several contract extensions to strengthen the squad. Fabian Ruiz, Willian Pacho, João Neves, Senny Mayulu and Ibrahim Mbaye are among those whose agreements are already completed or at an advanced stage, although a departure for Mbaye cannot be completely ruled out. Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola and Lucas Beraldo could also extend until 2030, even if Barcola’s future remains uncertain.
By completing these deals, the French champions hope to secure the key figures in their long-term project and remove uncertainty surrounding their most important players. A wave of official announcements could therefore be made soon, confirming the continuity strategy adopted by the Parisian hierarchy.
