A major scare for Kolo Muani and Odobert. The two French forwards were involved in a road accident this Tuesday while heading to the airport to join Frankfurt, where their team is due to play in the Champions League.
Randal Kolo Muani and Wilson Odobert avoided the worst. They were both involved in the incident but fortunately escaped without serious consequences.
A Tire Blowout Caused the Accident
The cause was a tire blowout on Randal Kolo Muani’s Ferrari, with Wilson Odobert’s car just behind. Despite the material damage, it was more fear than harm and no one was injured.
Coach Thomas Frank quickly reassured everyone: the accident was minor, both players are fine and should be available for the match. They simply took a later flight than the rest of the team.
Photos of the damaged vehicles quickly circulated online, confirming the scare while also showing that both players were able to walk away unharmed.
