Just when a deal with Newcastle seemed all but completed, Victor Muñoz has decided to join Liverpool instead. The young Osasuna winger made a last-minute choice in favor of the Reds, creating one of the biggest transfer surprises of the summer.

Competition has been fierce in the Premier League transfer market, and Liverpool have come out on top.
