Paris Saint-Germain were pushed to the brink. Held to a 2-2 draw by AS Monaco at the Parc des Princes in the second leg of their 2025-2026 UEFA Champions League playoff, the Parisians nevertheless secured qualification after a dramatic turnaround.
PSG were shaken but managed to overcome the Monaco hurdle. Under pressure from the outset, the hosts struggled for long stretches. After several warnings from Akliouche and Coulibaly, Monaco logically opened the scoring just before halftime. Akliouche capped the visitors’ dominance (0-1), completely reigniting the suspense.
