FC Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are once again locked in a fierce battle to secure one of the most promising talents in world football.

According to Sport, both clubs are now neck and neck in the race for Aboubacar Maiga, a highly sought-after 16-year-old Malian talent. The Parisian club reportedly invited the player to the Olympia Future Cup with a clear objective: to win him over quickly and secure his future as soon as he comes of age.
This case could reignite tensions between PSG and Barça, already strained this winter following the transfer of Dro Fernandez to Paris. At the time, president Joan Laporta had described the move as a “betrayal.”
