The day after France’s win over Senegal at the 2026 World Cup, the players who remained on the bench had their own match this Wednesday in the United States. Facing the New England Revolution Academy, France’s reserve side failed to find a breakthrough (0-0).

France’s bench players did not seem obsessed with winning. Under the eyes of Kylian Mbappé, seated in the stands alongside the video staff, Didier Deschamps’ men delivered a serious but uninspiring performance.
