Barça have found a low-cost number 9

FC Barcelona continues to explore the market in search of a new center forward for this summer. While several high-profile names are already circulating, the Catalan club is also moving forward with more financially accessible profiles.

Among the options being considered, the one leading to Fisnik Asllani is gaining momentum. The 23-year-old striker, who enjoyed a solid season with Hoffenheim (26 matches, 8 goals in the Bundesliga), has caught the attention of Barça’s decision-makers. His lower-profile yet promising style fits a more economically cautious strategy.

His representatives have also confirmed the Catalan approach. “Barça’s interest in Fisnik is real. They have already contacted us,” explained his agent Ayman Dahmani in an interview with Kicker, indicating that discussions are already well underway behind the scenes.

Unlike targets such as Julian Alvarez or Victor Osimhen, whose transfer fees are expected to be extremely high, Fisnik Asllani represents a more affordable alternative. His market value is estimated at around €30 million, a figure that could appeal to Barcelona given their ongoing financial constraints.
