In search of attacking reinforcements for the 2025–2026 season, FC Barcelona have set their sights on Christopher Nkunku.
The Catalan club is active on all fronts, with names like Marcus Rashford, Luis Díaz, and now Nkunku on their radar. Despite an injury-plagued season at Chelsea, the French international remains a hot commodity on the transfer market. Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, and Manchester United are all reportedly interested.
According to Sky Deutschland, Barça have opened the Nkunku file as a Plan B should negotiations with Rashford fall through. The Manchester United forward is said to be open to a loan, but no agreement has been reached yet.
Still under contract with Chelsea until 2029, Nkunku hasn’t received a formal approach from Barcelona yet, but his versatility and attacking creativity make him an appealing option in a tight market.
