PSG could well try to pull off a major move in the summer market. According to several reports, the Parisian club is very interested in Jules Koundé, and FC Barcelona would not be opposed to letting the French international leave if an offer deemed satisfactory comes in.
According to PSG Inside Actus, Barça would be open to discussions, even though it is not yet known whether talks have already begun between the two clubs. One thing is certain: Paris is keeping a close eye on the defender’s situation.
Luis Enrique Wants Jules Koundé in Paris
Long appreciated by Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, Koundé has also received the green light from Luis Enrique. His profile is appealing for its versatility: able to play both as a center-back and as a right-back, he would offer a real alternative to Achraf Hakimi, even if Warren Zaïre-Emery has performed well in that role.
The case should therefore be monitored very closely in the coming weeks, as PSG may look to strengthen its defensive sector during the next summer transfer window.
