The Chelsea player is currently provisionally suspended after testing positive in an anti-doping control, which reportedly revealed the presence of a banned substance. While the procedure continues and investigators reach their conclusions, the Ukrainian international is not allowed to play.
A Potential Loan Move to Strasbourg
Despite the situation, a door could open in Ligue 1 if Mudryk is eventually cleared of any wrongdoing. A source close to the case mentioned this possibility: “There is a chance he could go to Strasbourg. He would likely have the humility to accept this challenge after almost two years without playing if a loan deal is offered to him.”
