Luis Enrique’s future is being written more than ever in red and blue. Linked across Europe in recent months—from Real Madrid to the Premier League and even Barcelona—the Spanish coach has in reality never been closer to continuing his adventure in Paris. He himself had dismissed those rumors, and the current trend only confirms it.
Under contract until June 2027, the Paris coach is already in talks with the club’s leadership about an extension. According to Le Parisien, discussions have begun, and everything suggests they will be concluded quickly.
A Long-Term Future at PSG
In Paris, Luis Enrique feels perfectly at home. He appreciates the working environment and the club’s context, while internally PSG considers him a cornerstone of the project, to the point of seeing him as the absolute reference for the head coach position.
Another key factor is his very strong relationship with Luis Campos, which is also built for the long term, as well as the complete trust of Nasser Al-Khelaïfi, who is fully satisfied with his choice.
In short, barring a huge twist, the PSG–Luis Enrique partnership is set to continue for a long time.
