PSG are not working only on the Ousmane Dembélé file. Behind the scenes, the Parisian management has also opened talks regarding Bradley Barcola. According to RMC Sport, an extension offer has been sent to the 23-year-old winger, who is currently under contract until 2028.
For now, everything remains unclear: neither the player nor his entourage have given an answer. Discussions had already started with his former agents before being put on hold, then restarted at the beginning of the season with his new agent, who also represents Dembélé.
Preparing for a Possible Barcola Exit
Paris want a quick answer. Barcola’s position will weigh heavily on the strategy for the next transfer window. If the former Lyon player shows any desire to leave, PSG will have to anticipate and get ready.
The club wants to keep him, but the case is far from simple. So far, the player has never expressed a wish to leave the capital, despite very real interest from abroad, notably from Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
Internally, PSG are preparing for all scenarios and have already drawn up a shortlist of players, without taking action yet. The Barcola file is shaping up to be one of the major projects of the coming months. The intention is clear: Paris want to keep him, but know they will have to be convincing to do so.
