Gianluigi Donnarumma’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is growing increasingly uncertain. The 26-year-old goalkeeper, who joined the club on a free transfer in 2021, has yet to extend his contract, which expires in 2026. As a result, a departure this summer appears more and more likely.
According to the Daily Mirror, Manchester United are now leading the race to sign the Italian international. The Red Devils have reportedly accelerated talks in recent days, while Manchester City, Chelsea, and Galatasaray are also monitoring the situation.
PSG to sign Chevalier
Meanwhile, PSG are already planning for the future. Lucas Chevalier, 23, from Lille, has been identified as the ideal successor by Luis Enrique. The French goalkeeper has already given his green light to join the capital club, with negotiations said to have started two years ago.
Lille are expected to let Chevalier go for a fee of around €40 million. The end of Donnarumma’s time in Paris seems closer than ever.
