Lionel Messi made a surprising confession: he watches a lot of TikTok. The Argentine star explained that he has seen many clips of himself created with artificial intelligence, including one in which he appears to be getting arrested by the police.
Like everyone else, Messi follows social media—and especially TikTok. “I watch a lot of TikTok. I’ve seen clips of me created with AI… including one where I’m being arrested by the police,” he told Luz TV.

Messi also explained that he doesn’t use ChatGPT or AI tools, not because he’s against them, but simply because he’s never really taken an interest or the time to understand how they work. “I don’t use ChatGPT or AI—not that I’m against it, but I just haven’t gotten into it or understood how it works. Antonela spends her days on ChatGPT asking questions about everything: recipes, food questions, but I haven’t entered that world yet,” he added.
